The MIT Architecture Department's Rapid Prototyping Lab provides equipment and software that students and faculty can use to fabricate physical objects from 3d models and CAD drawings. The Facility also manages MIT SAP's wood shop's and fab lab facilities. This site was redesigned to it become a more intuitive resource and reference for students when using RPL Facilities and Machines. In add-on to guides and information, the site also has a robust dynamic interface which allows for students to sign up on online queues to use RPL machines.
